The Veeco, VIC MS-50 leak detector uses A CRT with menus displays status at all times; accept and reject indicators show test results automatically. The system can store up to fifty pre-programmed test.

The MS-50 is a dual magnetic sector mass spectrometer, this features allows for lower background levels during testing.
